Michelle Bucher, founder and owner of E2E Netwerx has spent the last 15+ years learning everything she could about the millwork manufacturing industry.
When Michelle began 15 years ago, she started in a position as a Purchasing Agent with a leading store fixture manufacturer where she gained material knowledge and strategically negotiated costs of raw materials for the manufacturing of retail fixtures and millwork.
Michelle moved on to take a purchasing management position for a leading Trade Show manufacturer. Utilizing her skills, she led a team of Purchasing Agents in generating millions of dollars in profits using negotiation skills as well as value engineering designs to reduce material costs and increase bottom line margins.
Michelle moved to the Atlanta area in 2001 to accept a position as Senior Project Manager for the Circuit City account where she applied her skills and knowledge of product to successfully meet schedules and timelines while maintaining project cost at or below budget.

Michelle took ownership of each and every project with a passion to provide the client with outstanding service and product.
Michelle realized after several years of disappointments and moving from manufacturer to manufacture that her success was limited to the qualifications and standards of the company she was working for at the time.
This prompted the idea that if she did not work for one particular manufacturer that this would put her in the seat of becoming the customer and no longer an employee.
This would give her the leverage she needed to exceed her customers expectations and take control of the companies she hired to manufacture her clients needs.
Now all she needed was to convince potential clients of the advantage of working with a company that did not actually manufacture anything but had developed strong relationships over the years with several manufactures that could produce their product under her management.
By working for the client and not the manufacturing company, this allowed Michelle to take the drivers seat and insure quality product at a competitive price for each clients specific needs.
Michelle began E2E Netwerx in September 2006 and within their 1st year reached just under 1 million dollars in sales.
